Grade 2/3 has started working on their new unit focusing on the Workplace. We’ve been focusing on the idea of having a common goal within a team. To work on collaboration, students have been playing different cooperative games. We’ve been practicing our listening skills, compromising, and working together to accomplish a task. Some activities included: Sneak-a-peek, where students had one person that had to give directions to build a shape with blocks; Cup stacking without touching the cups; and designing a Dream Car.
