I feel like I say this every week, but………..it was another busy week. It was Cain’s birthday last weekend so we enjoyed some delicious cake on Monday to celebrate (thanks to Cain’s mom)! We learned about onomatopoeias in French class and did some comic strips demonstrating our understanding of their use. Students read books highlighting some of the learner profile characteristics and searched for words they did not know in a dictionary. Students were each given a different photo and they had to use their imagination to create a short story about the heroes in the photos. They presented their stories to the class. Final assignments have been handed in and students did a short reflection on their work. The other Mme Sarah will be going over MyBlueprint with students next week so that they can begin their portfolios. Then, on to our next unit!
