Admission Requirement Checklist
- Signed Acadecap Agreement to Reach for the PYP Student Profile
- Trial day at Acadèmie de la Capitale
- Most current report card, including two work samples remitted to the Registrar on the day of the visit.
- Scheduled meeting/interview with the director, the parents/guardian and the student to review the student's evaluation
- Recommendation from previous homeroom teacher, subject teachers, counselor and/or director for students in Grade 4 and up.
- Early Identification Process for Junior Kindergarten, Senior Kindergarten and Grade 1 students
- Canadian Test of Cognitive Skills (CTCS) for students in Grade 2 to Grade 6
Enrollment Procedure Checklist
- Completion of Application for Admission form with $175.00 non-refundable fee
- All applicable admission requirements met
- Signed enrollment contract with all attached schedules signed or initialed
- Series of post-dated cheques in the full amount of the Family Membership and Tuition Fee
- Series of post-dated cheques for Supervision Service
- Series of post-dated cheques for Special Programme/Second Language or Dyslexia
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Immunization Record
