Science Fair Project Observations

Blast off into summer at AcadeCap, where curiosity and creativity come alive!

Bilingual AcadeCamp Kinder (ages 4-5) and Bilingual AcadeCamp (ages 6-9) enjoy 8 weeks of hands-on STEM learning and fun. This year’s theme: Space Exploration! Campers become astronauts, engineers, and inventors, exploring space through experiments, novel projects, and collaborative challenges. Families can join our Space Expo every Friday to celebrate investigations.

Eight weeks, endless discovery—register now and give your child a space odyssey summer!

AcadeCoders Jr. (ages 8-10) & AcadeCoders (ages 11+) dive into coding, robotics, 3D printing, AI, game design, web development, music, and collaborative tech challenges—all while enjoying outdoor play. Campers explore a wide range of tech disciplines and get the chance to design games, build robots, print 3D models, code apps, and even produce digital music, blending hands-on learning with problem-solving and creativity.

As part of our school-wide recognition of Truth and Reconciliation, students across all ages reflected on the history and ongoing impact of residential schools in Canada. Through guided discussions and shared learning, they explored the importance of honouring the children who were taken from their families, the resilience of Indigenous communities, and our collective responsibility to seek truth, healing, and justice.

Inspired by the teachings of butterflies, sunflowers, and hummingbirds, students created artwork representing transformation, remembrance, and resilience. These natural symbols carry both ecological importance and deep Indigenous significance, reminding us to face the past with truth and move forward with hope.
