Day 3: Wednesday, July 27th, 2016
Third day of MinecraftEDU for the AcadeCoders! The AcadeCoders started their morning with free-play to finish any challenges within Tuesday’s challenge. Following free-play, the AcadeCoders were introduced to the daily challenge: Skywars – Dojolands. In this challenge, the AcadeCoders are set on 13 islands where they have to search for 20 NPCs and locate each of the notebooks. Each NPC required a trade from the world for a notebook and each notebook contains a written problem of a fraction, decimal, or percent. In the notebook, the AcadeCoders have to copy the number and convert it into the other two forms. Once they have found all 20 problems, they need to search for more NPCs, who require special trades. Eventually, they will make the final trade for the ultimate prize.
