Acadecap’s annual school fundraiser, AcadeQuiz, is around the corner! Join us on March 7th, 2020 for a fun evening of trivia, drinks and more!
To reserve your tickets online, click here or simply reply to this email with the number of tickets you would like. Don’t forget to invite your family and friends, everyone is welcome! Each ticket costs $30 and includes an appetizer and one entry into the draw for a fabulous door prize! Additionally, a portion of the ticket sales will be donated to a charity of the school’s choice.
You may also support the school by donating an item to the silent auction or through corporate sponsorship. A donation request letter is available should you be interested in helping the fundraising committee acquire items or services for our silent auction. Attached is a copy of the sponsorship package. Please feel free to pass it along if you know of a business that may be interested in supporting the school.

WHO: The AcadeCap community, including extended family members and friends.
WHAT: A trivia quiz game played with teams, silent auction, door prize, cash bar, 50/50 game, and lots of fun!

WHEN: March 7, 2020 from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm
WHY: To raise funds for AcadeCap and its students; this year funds raised will be used to purchase sophisticated lighting and sound systems for the stage, as well as a school sound system.
This event has been a great success over the past few years and we are grateful and excited to be able to hold it again! It is an opportunity to get together with the AcadeCap community and friends as we raise funds for our school and students!
